Top 20 Hilarious Twitter Accounts to Make You LOL

  1. @NeedADebitCard: Tweeting a picture of your credit or debit card is a bad idea, nevertheless plenty of people seem to be doing it. This account ReTweets people who post such pictures as a means of teaching those less-than-intelligent purveyors of the Twittersphere a lesson.

    Blurred Tweet from @NeedADebitCard
Note: I blurred out the credit card information from the Tweet to be nice.

  2. @PicturelessPins is exactly what it sounds like. Pictures posted on social network Pinterest are represented as humourous text-only descriptions.

  3. @textinstagram is not nearly as good as Pictureless Pintetest, but it necessary to make note of its Instagram counterpart. Text-Only Instagram has text representations of those photos your friends post with cheesy photo filters.

  11. @DRUNKHULK is that classic green Marvel Comics character that you wouldn’t normally like if he was angry. Only this Twitter version of the Hulk talks in the character as if he had a few to many at the bar while he critiques pop-culture, celebrities, news, and literature.

  12. @RealTimeWWII tweets the events of World War 2 as if it were 1940 all over again (and there is such a thing as social media). This one isn’t so funny, but it is kind of a quirky concept.

Update Bonus Accounts to Follow (November 20, 2013):

  1. That’s a brilliant list!

There is an account called ‘On This Day’, that Tweets about events in sci-fi films. What makes it stand out from the rest is that it covers fictional events that would take place on the same date.

An example may be: June 21st Today Skynet is turned on for the first time, Prometheus passes Jupiter.
