					<description><![CDATA[Hey Paul, completely agree with the above....some of the best traffic to our site comes from comments we have made on other peoples blogs that have a no follow tag on the link but what is more interesting to me is their engagement levels. 

All of the visitors have far higher levels of engagement that we see from other sources for example the bounce rate at the moment for people that come from comments site at around 32% and on average they read 3.1 pages before exiting the site (taking into account we are new and still working on getting more content onto our blog)]]></description>
